Every project undertaken by The Comic Smith is custom-made according to the client's unique requirements. Once work has commenced, our artists, writers, designers, and publishing specialists dedicate time and resources specifically to your project.

If work has already commenced, any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, if applicable.
Publishing assistance, ISBN registration, formatting, print preparation, distribution setup, and similar services become non-refundable once processing has begun.
Printing costs paid to third-party providers are also non-refundable after production has started.
Marketing campaigns, advertising services, crowdfunding support, and promotional activities involve planning and resource allocation.
Once these services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

Unauthorized chargebacks for services that have already been delivered may result in suspension of ongoing work while the matter is investigated.
